Total time 45 minutes

Ingredients

1) 4 large (or 8 small) Vol-o-vents kept warm in oven,
2) 100 gr onions minced,
3) 600gr mushrooms sliced,
4) 2 tbsp butter,
5) 1 tbsp flour,
6) 1 cup white wine,
7) 1 cup cream, parsley,
8) 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper.

Directions

Step 1

Sauté onions in butter until limp, add mushrooms & blend in flour, salt & pepper, Sauté for a few min., add wine heat up & stir, add cream heat up again

Step 2

Than fill vol-o-vents with mushrooms top with a bit minced parsley and serve.

Sautéing (from the French sauté, lit. "jumped, bounced" in reference to tossing while cooking)[1] is a method of cooking food, that uses a small amount of oil or fat in a shallow pan over relatively high heat. Ingredients are usually cut into pieces or thinly sliced to facilitate fast cooking.
