Ingredients
01) 4 slices of fresh salmon,
02) 1 tbsp lemon juice,
03) Salt & pepper,
04) 30 grams butter,
05) 1 onion,
06) 1/4 cup fresh mixed herbs,
07) 2 cups fish bouillon,
08) 1 cup dry white wine,
09) 2 tbsp capers,
10) 1 cup crème fraiche,
11) Juice of 2 oranges,
12) 8 orange slices for décor.
Directions
Step 1
Clean salmon and season with salt & pepper. In large pan sauté minced onions, add herbs & stir, add bouillon, wine, capers and heat up, add crème fraiche and orange juice.
Step 2
Add salmon to sauce and let simmer on low heat for 5 - 6 min. Serve and decorate with orange slices.
