Ingredients

1) 1- 30cm pastry shell,
2) 1/4 ltr cream,
3) 2-3 eggs, bacon,
4) 1 onion,
5) Gruyère cheese (or mozzarella)
6) salt to taste
7) pepper.

Directions

Step 1

Brown slightly sliced bacon and sliced onion in a little butter, let it cool down and place in pastry shell, add ground cheese, beat vigorously eggs, cream, salt and pepper, pour in shell.

Step 2

Bake at 375*F for approximate 35 Min or until it turns brown.
